Indoors

  • Fill your home with beautiful indoor plants.
  • Use an air purifier.
  • Seal your doors and windows with EVA foam tape. Closing the gaps will stop outside air from leaking in. This doesn’t just improve the efficiency of your air purifiers; it also reduces your power bills (and carbon footprint) when using air conditioners and heaters.
  • Keep your doors and windows closed as much as possible. There is no fresh air to be had from outside, at least during the winters.

Outdoors

  • Avoid outdoors.
  • Use an N95 or N99 mask when you step out.

In Your Car

  • Car air circulation systems are pretty good at combating pollution. After all, cars make most of the pollution. No wonder car manufacturers figured out early on how to combat pollution.
  • Keep your windows up and the vent off.
